Closing a Quality Measure Gap

Document the closure of a quality gap after a member has completed the required service.

1. Locate the open gap in the Quality Gaps report.
2. Click Close Gap and enter the service date and provider.
3. Attach supporting documentation if required.
4. Click Save.
