Creating a Care Plan in AYCE

This guide covers how to create a new care plan for a member, including setting goals, interventions, and target dates.

1. Open the member record and select Care Plans > New Plan.
2. Choose a plan template or start from scratch.
3. Add goals and interventions, then set target completion dates.
4. Submit the plan for physician review.
