How do I check the status of a submitted claim?

All submitted claims are trackable from the Claims dashboard.

Open the Claims dashboard

From the main menu, click Claims to view all claims submitted by your practice. The dashboard shows a summary of recent submissions, pending claims, and any claims requiring action.

Search for a specific claim

Use the search bar to find a claim by claim ID, member name, date of service, or service code. You can also filter by status: Submitted, Processing, Paid, Denied, or Needs Correction.

Review claim details and payment status

Click any claim to open the detail view. You will see the submitted codes, reviewed codes, contracted rate, any adjustments, the expected payment amount, and the estimated payment date. For paid claims, the EOB (Explanation of Benefits) is available for download from this view.

Take action on denied or flagged claims

If a claim shows Denied or Needs Correction, the reason code and description will be displayed. Common reasons include missing authorization number, incorrect procedure code, and duplicate submission. Click Correct and Resubmit to update the claim, or File an Appeal to dispute the decision.
