How do I create an account?

Portal access is only granted to contracted providers following review and verification by Provider Relations.

Email the Provider Relations Team

Send your request to ProviderRelationsDept@AstranaHealth.com. Make sure to include all required information in your email so your request can be processed without delays.

 Include your Tax Identification Number(s)

Provide all applicable TINs associated with the provider(s) requesting access. This is used to verify your contract status with Astrana.

Specify the IPA(s) you need access to

List each IPA you require portal access for. If you are unsure which IPA(s) apply to you, contact your practice administrator for clarification.

Designate your portal admin(s), if applicable

If your practice will have a designated portal administrator, include their name(s) in your request. Admins will be responsible for managing portal access for your practice.

Await review and confirmation

Provider Relations will review and verify your request in accordance with Astrana’s updated policies and procedures. You will be contacted once your access has been approved.
